Cherry Bekaert LLP's Financial & Accounting Outsourcing team is growing. As a staff member you will work with Partners, Managers, Associates and clients on compliance, grant management, contract analysis, and cost/price evaluation to help clients manage risk within internal controls.

You will build Excel models, analyze data, and support training across industries. A Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance is required, with an interest in CPA or CIA and US regulatory frameworks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Interest in FAR/CAS/DFARS compliance and related regulations.
• Interest in Grant/Contract Management processes.
• Understanding of US GAAP.
• Curiosity about internal controls and IT general controls.
• Ability to work under deadlines and with detail.
• Willingness to pursue CPA or CIA.

Responsabilités

• Perform compliance and gap assessments (FAR, DFARS, CAS).
• Provide contract and grant management support.
• Analyze clauses and terms for solicitations and contract awards for clients.
• Conduct subcontractor evaluations for clients.
• Assist with contract modifications.
• Assist with contract pricing and estimating.
• Conduct Cost & Price Analysis.
• Assist with walkthroughs and developing processes, policies and procedures.
• Assist with contract close outs.
• Support and lead engagements to manage risks in internal control environments.
• Provide training to clients.
• Conduct Excel modeling and data analysis.
