St. Thomas is seeking an Accountant/Bookkeeper/Tuition Manager to administer the school district's accounting and bookkeeping activities, ensuring accuracy of financial records and timely handling of invoices and expenses. This full-time role supports budgeting, financial reporting, and tuition management for the church and related organizations.

Qualifications

• Experience in accounting or bookkeeping is preferred.
• Budgeting and financial reporting experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Budgeting and financial reporting for the church and church organizations.
• Tuition management including maintaining accurate records of payments and scholarships.
• Timely processing, submission, and payment of invoices and expenses in accordance with district policies and regulations.
