Voya Financial, Inc. is seeking a detail‑oriented Accounts Payable and Bookkeeping Analyst to transform our treasury function with a focus on automation and process improvements.

The role supports multiple entities, handles disbursements, and ensures precision across accounting systems in a hybrid New York environment. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of treasury execution experience, strong Excel and accounting software skills, and the ability to coordinate audits and regulatory filings with

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of treasury execution and corporate accounting experience with strong internal controls.
• Proficiency in and accounting software; advanced Excel skills essential.
• Experience with treasury management systems and automation tools is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work across departments.

Mansioni

• Process accounts payable, payroll, and travel & expense reimbursements for timely disbursements.
• Conduct data reconciliations among accounting systems for accuracy.
• Organize and maintain accounting records to support reporting and compliance.
• Coordinate with third-party administrators for payments and distributions related to investments.
• Prepare journal entries and perform cash reconciliations for corporate entities.
• Monitor daily cash positions to optimize liquidity.
• Assist in corporate and SOX audit activities and regulatory filings.
• Prepare wires and transfers and maintain transaction records.
• Manage banking activities for capital calls and distributions.
• Support daily financial accounting for multiple private equity entities.
