Voya Financial, Inc. is seeking a skilled accounting professional to support private equity fund operations within a growing investment firm in New York.

You will work with a finance team and regularly interact with the CFO, Director, and SVP of Accounting to learn the private equity business. The role emphasizes cash reconciliations, journal entries, and day-to-day financial administration for fund-of-funds, with collaboration on audits, tax estimates, and reporting.

Competenze

• 4-5 years accounting experience, preferably in public accounting or fund administration.
• Working knowledge of accounting and good written and oral communication skills.

Mansioni

• Support day-to-day fund operations, including cash reconciliations and review of investment activities.
• Manage day-to-day financial accounting and administration for private equity fund-of-funds.
• Coordinate with third party administrator on daily operations and quarterly financial statements.
• Review journal entries and cash reconciliations; maintain books for general partner entities.
• Assist with preliminary audit preparation, tax estimates, and returns filings.
• Provide reports and support to controller and general partners; conduct data reconciliations across accounting systems.
