Job summary

SolomonEdwardsGroup, LLC is seeking a strong Project Manager with Finance Transformation experience to support a Treasury transformation initiative. The role combines project management across multiple workstreams with finance‑domain exposure, requiring collaboration with Finance, Treasury, IT and Legal.

The ideal candidate will lead governance, milestones, and testing activities while driving process optimization and automation across global teams. Remote work with limited travel is expected.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Project or Program Management experience.
• Experience managing complex, cross-functional transformation initiatives.
• Finance background or significant experience in Finance organizations.
• Strong governance, milestone tracking, and execution skills.
• Experience working across business and IT teams.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and priorities.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication.
• Experience with process optimization, controls, or workflow transformation.
• Comfortable in evolving environments with building processes.

Responsibilities

• Drive day-to-day execution across multiple Finance transformation workstreams.
• Establish and maintain detailed project plans and milestone tracking.
• Coordinate approximately three globally distributed cross-functional teams.
• Partner with Finance, Treasury, IT, and Legal.
• Manage dependencies across interconnected workstreams.
• Track risks, issues, actions, and decisions.
• Provide regular status updates to Transformation Leads and executive stakeholders.
• Ensure milestones and deliverables remain on track.
• Support governance and control requirements.
• Incorporate change management checkpoints into project planning and execution.
• Support workflow and technology implementation activities.
• Help identify opportunities for process optimization and automation.
• Coordinate testing, simulation, and implementation activities.
• Ensure project documentation and processes are maintained.
• Work with Finance PMO and PMO buddy to align with PM practices.
