Job summary
SolomonEdwardsGroup, LLC seeks an experienced Finance Transformation Program Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives across Finance, Accounting, Data, and IT. This role centers on building a unified finance data layer in Snowflake, connecting SAP, Ariba, Salesforce, and other systems.
You will partner with Finance and technology stakeholders to define business requirements, drive data-driven reporting, and optimize P2P and R2R processes.
Qualifications
- Experience leading large-scale finance transformation programs.
- Strong understanding of Finance and Accounting processes (P2P & R2R).
- Experience bridging Finance/Accounting and IT/Data teams.
- Proven track record with enterprise system integrations and reporting.
- Familiarity with SAP, Ariba, BlackLine, Salesforce, and Snowflake.
- Experience coordinating requirements, testing/UAT, implementation, and adoption.
Responsibilities
- Lead multiple Finance Transformation initiatives spanning Finance, Accounting, Data, and IT.
- Coordinate data linkage from SAP/ERP systems into Snowflake to create a unified data layer.
- Collaborate with Finance stakeholders to define requirements and ensure reporting meets needs.
- Oversee UAT and business readiness with cross-functional teams.
- Plan program governance, timelines, dependencies, risks, and exec status reporting.
- Drive P2P and R2R process simplification and standardization.
