• Establish governance, steering cadence, and escalation processes.
• Develop integrated program plans, milestones, dependencies and critical paths.
• Coordinate resources, consultants, and vendors.
• Design and implement a new private-company close calendar and operating model.
• Deliver executive reporting and KPI dashboards for private-equity environments.
