Job summary

A leading consulting firm in Atlanta is looking for a Finance Transformation Manager or Senior Manager to lead finance transformation initiatives for clients in various industries. The ideal candidate will have 5-15 years of consulting experience, expertise in finance and accounting operations, and the ability to manage client relationships. Qualifications

• 5–10+ years of relevant experience for Manager role or 10–15+ years for Senior Manager role.
• Prior consulting experience strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead finance transformation engagements from strategy through execution.
• Assess current-state finance and accounting operations and identify improvement opportunities.
• Design and implement shared services models and operating structures.
• Drive month-end close optimization initiatives, including process redesign and automation.
• Improve core accounting processes, controls, and reporting capabilities.
• Partner with client stakeholders to align transformation initiatives with business goals.
• Manage project teams, timelines, and deliverables.
