Job summary

Amazon’s NACF Finance is seeking a Finance Manager to be the trusted partner driving transformation initiatives across the finance function and the supply chain. You will help build the skills, tools and processes that empower finance teams to deliver insights and value at scale.

This role requires deep business partnering, strong data analysis and reporting capabilities, and collaboration across FP&A, controllership, and operations. Up to 20% travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of tax, finance or related analytical field experience.
• 6+ years building financial and operational reports/data sets that inform business decision-making.
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, or related analytical field.
• 6+ years dissecting financial data and identifying patterns that support business strategy.
• 6+ years leading cross-functional initiatives that drive financial performance and strategy.

Responsibilities

• Build transformation roadmaps and strategy with limited guidance and draw conclusions to deliver results.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to create and challenge business requirements for new processes and products.
• Provide analysis and recommendations to business leaders to support organizational decision making.
• Proactively identify opportunities to automate, standardize or simplify finance tools and processes.
• Own the reporting for transformation initiatives, tracking success measures and reporting risks.
• Develop scalable data analysis processes that are auditable.
