Job summary

Amazon's NACF Finance is seeking a Senior Finance Analyst to partner on finance transformation initiatives across NA and EU, building tools and processes that empower finance teams within a complex supply chain.

In this role you will lead reporting, ensure data integrity, and communicate insights to Finance Leaders and Program/Product Managers. Some travel may be required to deliver roadmaps and adoption milestones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, or a related analytical field.
• 3+ years of finance or a related analytical field experience.
• MBA or CPA preferred.
• 4+ years participating in continuous improvement projects to scale controllership.

Responsibilities

• Develop NA transformation roadmaps and strategies; partner with cross-functional teams on requirements.
• Lead reporting on transformation initiatives, assess data integrity, and design scalable data analysis processes.
• Communicate financial data effectively to Finance Leaders, Operations Stakeholders, and Product Managers.
• Lead implementation, change management and adoption of new tools and processes across NA/EU teams.
