Job summary

Amazon's NACF Finance is seeking a Senior Finance Analyst to partner on finance transformation initiatives across NA and EU, building tools and processes that empower finance teams within a complex supply chain.

In this role you will lead reporting, ensure data integrity, and communicate insights to Finance Leaders and Program/Product Managers. Some travel may be required to deliver roadmaps and adoption milestones.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, or a related analytical field.
3+ years of finance or a related analytical field experience.
MBA or CPA preferred.
4+ years participating in continuous improvement projects to scale controllership.

Responsibilities

Develop NA transformation roadmaps and strategies; partner with cross-functional teams on requirements.
Lead reporting on transformation initiatives, assess data integrity, and design scalable data analysis processes.
Communicate financial data effectively to Finance Leaders, Operations Stakeholders, and Product Managers.
Lead implementation, change management and adoption of new tools and processes across NA/EU teams.
