Job summary

Amazon’s North American Customer Fulfillment (NACF) Finance team seeks a Finance Manager (individual contributor) to partner with multi-site operations, directing financial analyses and reporting. You will own the financials for a business area, drive improvements in tools and processes, and work with senior leaders to influence operational and growth decisions.

You will lead data-driven analyses, build models, ensure data integrity, and communicate complex financial insights with clarity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or related field (required).
• 5+ years of finance or related analytical experience.
• MBA or CPA preferred.
• Experience with large-scale data mining and reporting tools and financial systems.
• Forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis and data interpretation.
• Experience applying KPIs to analyses.
• Experience delivering financial models with measurable impact.

Responsibilities

• Build financial models and analyses to drive results with minimal guidance.
• Align financial analyses with business partners and challenge assumptions.
• Provide analysis and recommendations to leaders for operational and growth decisions.
• Identify opportunities to improve finance tools and processes; automate and standardize where possible.
• Own financial reporting for a business area and guide others as needed.
• Develop scalable, auditable data analysis processes.
• Communicate complex finance issues clearly to diverse audiences.
• Partner with Site Leaders and manage competing priorities; support during unexpected events.
