Job summary

Amazon’s North American Customer Fulfillment (NACF) Finance is seeking a Senior Finance Analyst to partner on transformation initiatives and support the roll-out of new finance tools and processes. This role partners with cross-functional teams to define requirements, produce actionable insights, and optimize finance operations.

You will lead NA transformation reporting, drive metrics, and address data integrity issues while collaborating with Finance Leaders, Operations Managers, and product

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, or a related analytical field.
• 3+ years of finance or a related analytical field experience.
• MBA or CPA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop NA transformation roadmaps and strategies; partner with cross-functional teams on process/product requirements.
• Lead reporting on NA transformation initiatives, including metrics and risk assessment; resolve data integrity issues.
• Communicate financial data effectively and build strategic partnerships with Finance Leaders and Operations Stakeholders.
