Job summary

Amazon’s NACF Finance is seeking a Finance Manager to partner on finance transformation initiatives across a broad set of business processes and tools. You will own reporting for transformation projects, analyze complex datasets, and present insights to leadership to enable scalable improvements.

The role requires heavy collaboration with Finance, Operations, and Technology teams, and a willingness to travel to support multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, or related analytical field.
• 6+ years of leading cross-functional initiatives that drive financial performance and strategy.
• Knowledge of SQL/ETL and advanced Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Experience building financial and operational reports/datasets to inform business decisions.
• Experience with forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.

Responsibilities

• Own the reporting for transformation initiatives, tracking measures of success and reporting risks and opportunities to leadership.
• Provide analysis and recommendations to business leaders to support organizational decision making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and challenge business requirements for new processes and products.
• Identify opportunities to automate, standardize or simplify finance or business tools and processes.
