Job summary

Amazon’s NACF Finance team is looking for a Senior Finance Analyst to partner on reporting and analytics for North American Fulfillment. You will drive financial data accuracy, build dashboards, and collaborate with OPS, Field finance, and program managers in NA.

The role involves leading reporting, providing insights, and designing scalable analysis processes. Some travel may be required as part of the role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, or a related analytical field.
• 3+ years of finance or a related analytical field experience.
• MBA or CPA preferred
• 4+ years of participating in continuous improvement projects in your team to scale and improve controllership with measurable results
• Knowledge of Tableau
• Experience with large-scale data mining and reporting tools (SQL, MS Access, Essbase, Cognos) and financial systems (Oracle, SAP, Lawson, JD Edwards)

Responsibilities

• Leverage operations finance expertise to lead reporting and uphold financial data accuracy.
• Partner with cross-functional teams on process/product requirements and provide analytical insights to leadership.
• Identify opportunities to optimize processes while raising the bar.
• Lead reporting, drive data accuracy, and collaborate with OPS, Field finance and PE Teams.
• Design and implement scalable, auditable data analysis processes.
• Communicate financial data effectively and build strategic partnerships with Finance Leaders and stakeholders.
