Job summary

BRG is seeking a Consultant in our Finance Excellence practice to drive strategic performance solutions for private equity clients and corporate sponsors. You will lead finance transformation, build robust financial models, and partner with CFOs and executives to deliver measurable value.

This role requires strong analytical, communication, and project-management skills, with travel to client sites as needed.

Qualifications

• 3–8 years of relevant consulting, investment banking, private equity, financial or operational due diligence, or related advisory roles.
• Experience in both consulting and industry environments is a plus.
• Travel to client sites as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead finance transformation, operational improvement, and value creation initiatives.
• Analyze financial and operational data to identify performance gaps, trends, and improvement opportunities.
• Prepare and present executive-ready deliverables and financial models.
• Develop actionable recommendations and help implement process improvements across finance and operations.
