Job summary
Amazon.com Services LLC seeks a Finance Transformation Analyst within the Accounting Automation Services (AATS) group. The role drives automation initiatives across Worldwide Accounting to reduce manual work and increase controllership, requiring strong accounting/finance background, program management, and stakeholder collaboration.
Responsibilities include leading lifecycle activities for multiple projects, defining requirements, and partnering with global teams to implement scalable
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or related field.
- 5+ years of finance, accounting, or related analytical field experience.
- MBA, CPA or Master's degree preferred.
- PMP certification preferred.
- Experience leading cross-functional projects and managing stakeholder expectations.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Accounting and tech teams to deliver scalable solutions.
- Manage financial processes, requirements docs, design, and UAT.
- Work with accounting, finance, FinTech and tax teams to drive projects.
- Own lifecycle activities from planning to closure for multiple projects.
- Define requirements and design scalable processes across geographies.
- Communicate new programs to leaders and cross-functional teams.
