Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Finance Transformation Analyst to join the Accounting Automation Services (AATS) team under the Accounting Transformation Group (ATG). This role drives automation initiatives to reduce manual work and increase controllership across the WW Accounting organization, collaborating with accounting, finance, FinTech and tax teams.

You will own and manage multiple projects from planning to completion, define requirements, and design scalable processes that support global growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or related field.
• 5+ years of finance, accounting, or related analytical field experience.

Responsibilities

• Own and Manage: lifecycle activities from planning to stakeholder engagement for multiple projects.
• Define requirements, prioritize and design scalable solutions with partner teams.
• Design processes and procedures that scale with growth in volume and dispersion.
• Communicate new/updated programs to leaders and cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with system and business owners globally to ensure process excellence.
• Negotiate efficient processes and policies across partner teams to eliminate dependencies.
• Identify opportunities in processes, technology, and human interfaces and implement plans.
