AXIS Capital is seeking a Head of Finance Transformation to lead multi-year modernization across Finance. You will partner with the CFO and Finance Leadership Team to design the operating model, strategy and roadmap, aligning with enterprise objectives and governance standards.

The role requires senior leadership, broad cross-functional influence, and delivery of tangible improvements in efficiency, analytics, and control maturity across global Finance functions.

Qualifications

• Proven track record managing large finance transformation initiatives.
• Experience advising executives on strategy, governance and investment.
• Strong communication with senior leadership across functions.

Responsibilities

• Define Finance transformation strategy, roadmap and operating model.
• Advise CFO on investment, capability development and priorities.
• Shape Finance technology and analytics roadmap with stakeholders.
• Establish governance for the transformation portfolio and benefits framework.
• Align Finance leadership on target operating model and adoption of future-state processes.
• Oversee major programs ensuring delivery meets regulatory and risk requirements.
• Evaluate operating structures and resource needs to support priorities.
• Develop standards, governance frameworks and transformation practices.
