Job summary

AXIS Capital, a global specialty lines insurer, seeks a Delivery Lead – Operations Transformation to drive a multi-year modernization of underwriting operations. You will own the benefits case, operating model change, and adoption across regions, reporting to the COO's Strategic Delivery Lead.

You will collaborate with NA, Global Markets, and Reinsurance partners to align process, data, AI, and technology toward measurable business outcomes and sustainable value realization.

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading transformation programs with measurable outcomes.
• Insurance or reinsurance operations knowledge.
• Ability to influence senior leaders across regions.
• Experience embedding automation and AI in operations.

Responsibilities

• Shape the transformation agenda with Operations leaders.
• Own benefits case, adoption, and governance of the program.
• Coordinate changes across process, people, and technology.
• Partner with Finance for investment and value realization.
• Ensure AI and automation are embedded into operations.
