Job summary

Accenture is seeking a senior finance transformation leader to partner with CFOs and drive value across client organizations in the United States. You will guide vision, strategy, and outcomes for finance modernization and digital transformation initiatives, leveraging SAP, Oracle, and Workday across multiple industries including Resources.

You will engage with senior leadership, shape compelling change narratives, and ensure delivery excellence while growing the practice through business

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field.
• 8+ years of Finance transformation experience across multiple finance function areas.
• Minimum 5 years of finance and/or accounting with management consulting experience.

Responsibilities

• Help clients modernize their finance functions by setting vision, strategy, and goals.
• Provide CFO with data and insights to drive shareholder value.
• Understand client challenges and provide solutions to complex business problems.
• Serve as a Subject Matter Advisor for Accenture projects in your area of expertise.
• Manage engagement risk, project economics, deliverables, and client buy-in.
• Oversee clients' digital transformations using advanced operating models, processes, and technologies.
• Drive incremental sales by leading teams to respond to proposals.
