Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Finance Transformation leader to partner with CFOs and drive enterprise value. You will guide vision, strategy, and outcomes while aligning finance with business goals, leveraging GenAI and modern technologies.

In this role, you will engage with senior leaders, manage engagements, and help grow the practice across finance functions and ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, and Workday. A strong client advisory background is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum 8 years of Finance transformation experience.
• Minimum 5 years of finance/accounting with management consulting experience.
• Minimum 3 years in Resources industry (Utilities or Energy).
• Experience interfacing with C-suite clients and leading engagements.
• Familiarity with Finance technology and data solutions across accounting, tax, treasury, planning, and reporting & analytics.

Responsibilities

• Help clients modernize finance functions by setting vision, strategy, goals, and key outcomes.
• Provide CFO with data and insights to drive shareholder value.
• Understand client challenges and provide solutions using leading practices.
• Serve as a Subject Matter Advisor for Accenture projects in your area of expertise.
• Manage engagement risk, project economics, and ensure client buy-in.
• Be a trusted advisor to senior leadership and grow the practice.
