Job summary

ChargePoint is seeking a senior Finance Systems Modernisation & AI Innovation leader in Campbell, CA. You will own the multi-year financial systems strategy, embed AI-driven automation, and drive data-informed decision-making across finance and supply chain within the CIO organization.

You will manage a small team of NetSuite admins and business analysts, partnering with CFO and CAO to modernise systems and deliver measurable business outcomes while growing the transformation program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Information Systems.
• Hands-on experience with FP&A, financial close, AP/AR, procurement, expense management, and sales commissions.

Responsibilities

• Own the Finance Technology Roadmap with NetSuite at the core.
• Embed AI/automation across financial close, reconciliation, AP/AR, and reporting.
• Lead intelligent close & reconciliation initiatives to speed up close cycles.
