Job summary

Fortinet is seeking an extraordinary finance executive to shape the company’s global Finance organization and lead a strategic transformation toward AI-enabled finance operations.

Reporting to the CFO, you will partner with Finance, IT, Data and business leaders to design a lean, agile function focused on predictive insights, automated processes, and scalable finance capabilities for enterprise decision-making.

Qualifications

• Extensive finance leadership experience in large global organizations.
• Significant FP&A, controllership, and finance transformation experience.
• Strong business judgment and credibility with senior executives.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a multi-year roadmap for the Finance organization of the future.
• Identify transformation opportunities across processes, structure and technology.
• Develop agile, capability-based operating models for Finance.
• Determine work allocation between people, AI, and automation.
• Establish governance and measures for Finance transformation.
• Build AI-native Finance functions with scalable analytics and tools.
• Shift Finance toward forward-looking insights and enterprise modeling.
• Automate high-volume transactional activities and improve controls.
