Job summary

Binance is hiring a senior finance leader to own core financial processes and drive AI-enabled transformation. You will oversee ERP/planning tools, automation initiatives, and reporting accuracy while partnering with engineering and data teams to accelerate finance operations.

You will shape the finance systems roadmap, strengthen controls, and communicate with the C-suite to lead adoption of new technologies in a fast-growing crypto company. Remote-friendly, competitive compensation.

Qualifications

8+ years in finance with senior/manager experience and strong track record in core finance operations (close, reporting, forecasting).
Hands-on experience with ERP and planning/reporting platforms, consolidation tools, or automation.
Experience leading AI/automation transformation in finance.

Responsibilities

Own core central financial processes with accuracy and speed.
Lead the systems roadmap — evaluate, implement, and optimise the finance systems stack.
Drive AI transformation — identify and implement AI solutions for month-end close and reporting.
Bridge finance & technology — collaborate with engineering/data teams to deploy tools.
Improve end-to-end processes from data capture to reporting and close.
Establish governance, controls, and documentation for a reliable modern finance function.
Be a change-agent, translating between finance and technology and driving adoption at all levels.
