Capgemini Invent is seeking a senior leader in Finance Transformation to design and deliver enterprise-level transformations for CFOs and finance leaders. You will shape operating models, drive enterprise-wide programs, and lead large-scale initiatives spanning people, process, technology, and data.

You will advise executives, develop business cases, and manage PMOs to realize measurable value. The role emphasizes Order-to-Cash mastery, ERP modernization, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 15+ years leading finance transformation initiatives within consulting or industry.
• Expertise across FP&A, R2R, P2P, OTC, treasury and finance operating models.
• Proven ability to build business cases and value realization frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Advise CFOs and senior finance executives on transformation strategies and operating models.
• Define roadmaps, business cases, and governance for large-scale programs.
• Lead PMO governance, risk management and value realization across portfolios.
• Drive ERP-enabled finance modernization, including SAP S/4HANA, Oracle, Workday.
• Collaborate with strategy, data, and change teams to deliver integrated solutions.
• Demonstrate strong executive communication and client development skills.
