The role collaborates with executives, partners with FP&A, and oversees end-to-end finance operations, including AP, expense management, and data-driven decision support, in a hybrid US-based setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in finance transformation and related leadership roles.
• Experience leading large-scale, cross-functional programs and systems implementations.

Responsibilities

• Lead finance transformation initiatives from strategy to execution.
• Partner with operational leaders and executives to provide insights and drive budgeting decisions.
• Oversee shared services and procure-to-pay processes to improve efficiency.
• Build scalable operating models and drive adoption of new finance tools.
