Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in finance transformation, operational finance, FP&A, and shared services.
• Experience leading large-scale cross-functional initiatives and systems implementations.

Responsibilities

• Lead modern finance operations with scalability, service excellence, and strong financial controls.
• Oversee end‑to‑end operational finance, including Accounts Payable and expense management.
• Partner with FP&A and business leaders to strengthen insight, planning, and decision support.
• Drive finance transformation initiatives from strategy through execution and manage vendors.
