Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in finance transformation and operational finance.
• Experience leading large cross-functional programs and systems implementations.
• Strong collaboration, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead modern finance operations with a focus on scalability, service excellence, and strong financial controls.
• Drive process optimization and standardization across finance operations.
• Partner with FP&A and business leaders to provide budgeting, forecasting, and decision support.
• Oversee finance transformation initiatives from strategy through execution with measurable outcomes.
