Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in finance transformation and related leadership roles.
• Experience leading large-scale programs, cross-functional initiatives, and systems implementations.

Responsibilities

• Lead modern finance operations with scalability, service excellence, and strong controls.
• Oversee day-to-day operational finance functions incl. AP and expense management.
• Establish KPIs and improve reporting, dashboards, and analytics for visibility.
• Lead finance transformation initiatives from strategy through execution.
• Partner with FP&A and business leaders for budgeting, forecasting and planning.
• Advance technology, analytics, and data enablement across finance.
