DLA Piper is seeking a Senior Manager, Finance Transformation to lead core finance operations and drive scalable transformation. The role partners with executive leadership and operational teams to optimize processes, automate workflows, and deliver data-driven insights across the organization.

You will oversee Accounts Payable, expense operations, and finance systems modernization, enabling improved visibility, controls, and business value. Hybrid work in US offices is available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field.
• Master’s degree preferred for advanced roles.
• 10+ years in finance transformation, operational finance, FP&A or related leadership roles.

Responsabilités

• Lead scalable, high-impact finance operations with strong controls.
• Drive finance transformation initiatives from strategy to execution.
• Partner with FP&A and leaders on budgeting, forecasting and expense management.
• Oversee procure-to-pay, automation, and data analytics to improve efficiency.
• Manage vendors and finance systems implementations with project governance.
