DLA Piper in the United States seeks a Senior Manager, Finance Transformation, Expense & Operational Finance to lead core finance operations, drive scalability, and partner with executive leadership to shape the future of finance processes.

You will own Accounts Payable and expense operations, lead automation and systems transformations, and collaborate with FP&A to strengthen budgeting, forecasting, and decision support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 10+ years in finance transformation, operational finance, FP&A, or related leadership roles.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional programs and drive measurable improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead scalable, controllership-focused finance operations with strong governance.
• Oversee AP and expense management and drive process automation.
• Partner with FP&A and business leaders to strengthen planning and decision support.
• Lead finance transformation initiatives from strategy through execution, including vendor management and system implementations.
• Advance analytics, reporting, and data enablement across the finance organization.
• Build trusted partnerships with executives to align priorities and deliver enterprise-wide improvements.
