Job summary

DLA Piper is seeking a Senior Manager, Finance Transformation, Expense & Operational Finance to lead modern, scalable finance operations and drive transformation across procure‑to‑pay, budget planning, and data‑driven decision support.

You will partner with executive leadership to shape the future of finance operations, implement automation, and deliver measurable business value through KPI dashboards and improved controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration or related field.
• Minimum 10+ years of progressive experience in finance transformation or related leadership roles.
• Experience leading cross‑functional programs and large‑scale initiatives with stakeholder facing responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead modern finance operations with a focus on scalability, service excellence and controls.
• Oversee day‑to‑day accounts payable and expense management activities.
• Drive finance transformation initiatives from strategy through execution, including ERP/tool implementations.
• Partner with FP&A and business leaders to strengthen insight, planning and decision support.
