DLA Piper is seeking a Senior Manager of Finance Transformation, Expense & Operational Finance to lead scalable, data-driven finance operations and transformation initiatives across procure-to-pay, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. This role partners with executive leaders and cross-functional teams to drive efficiency, controls, and measurable business value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in finance transformation and related areas.
• Experience leading large-scale cross-functional programs and systems implementations.
• Strong partnering with FP&A, procurement, IT, and other business teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead modern finance operations with scalability, service excellence, and strong financial controls.
• Oversee day-to-day operational finance functions, including Accounts Payable and expense management.
• Establish, monitor, and continuously improve service levels, KPIs, and performance metrics.
• Lead finance transformation initiatives from strategy through execution with measurable value.
• Partner with FP&A and business leaders to strengthen insight, planning, and decision support.
• Advance technology, analytics, and data enablement across the finance organization.
