How you will contribute:
- Lead, identify, and support finance transformation projects, and implement opportunities for process optimization and automation.
- Provide independent perspectives based on market trends regarding finance and accounting organizations, challenges, and best practices.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of existing business processes to identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks.
- Transform raw data into relevant insights through interactive dashboards using Power BI.
- Support go-to-market activities, manage a portfolio of clients, and deliver exceptional services.
- Recruit, train, develop, and guide a team of professionals.
- Manage all project aspects, including scoping, budgeting, execution, communication, staffing, and scheduling.
- Build strong relationships with clients and project teams to ensure success.
- Make independent decisions related to engagements, such as problem-solving, strategy, risk, and quality control.
- Contribute to practice leadership within Performance & Process Improvement services.
- Identify business development opportunities and participate in client pursuits.

Minimum Qualifications:
- 11+ years of experience, including 3+ years in client-facing roles within professional services.
- 8+ years of project management and leading workstreams.
- BA or BS in Accounting.
- Big 4 experience.
- Experience in Banking or Insurance industries.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with Trintech Cadency or similar R2R solutions.
- Expertise in finance transformation, system implementation, and business process improvement in relevant industries.
- Experience with CFO technologies and automation/reporting systems.
- CPA Certification.
- Ability to travel, if required.
- Based in NYC.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Accounting.
- Proven success in achieving business development targets.

New York City Pay Transparency
Salary range for NYC: $181,400 - $290,000, based on experience and qualifications. Compensation includes salary, benefits, and other perks. Changes may occur based on business needs.
