Description & Requirements

How you will contribute:

1. Lead, identify, and support finance transformation projects, and implement opportunities for process optimization and automation.
2. Provide independent perspectives based on market trends regarding finance and accounting organizations, challenges, and best practices.
3. Conduct in-depth analysis of existing business processes to identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks.
4. Transform raw data into relevant insights through interactive dashboards using Power BI.
5. Support go-to-market activities, manage a portfolio of clients, and deliver exceptional services.
6. Recruit, train, develop, and guide a team of professionals.
7. Manage all project aspects, including scoping, budgeting, execution, communication, staffing, and scheduling.
8. Build strong relationships with clients and project teams to ensure success.
9. Make independent decisions related to engagements, such as problem-solving, strategy, risk, and quality control.
10. Contribute to practice leadership within Performance & Process Improvement services.
11. Identify business development opportunities and participate in client pursuits.

Minimum Qualifications:

1. 11+ years of experience, including 3+ years in client-facing roles within professional services.
2. 8+ years of project management and leading workstreams.
3. BA or BS in Accounting.
4. Big 4 experience.
5. Experience in Banking or Insurance industries.
6. Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with Trintech Cadency or similar R2R solutions.
7. Expertise in finance transformation, system implementation, and business process improvement in relevant industries.
8. Experience with CFO technologies and automation/reporting systems.
9. CPA Certification.
10. Ability to travel, if required.
11. Based in NYC.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Master's degree in Accounting.
2. Proven success in achieving business development targets.

New York City Pay Transparency

Salary range for NYC: $181,400 - $290,000, based on experience and qualifications. Compensation includes salary, benefits, and other perks. Changes may occur based on business needs.
