What You Will Do

Guidehouse seeks to expand its leadership in the Financial Crimes, Risk and Compliance (FCRC) practice by recruiting a senior business-building executive with a strong network and expertise in Financial Crimes. Responsibilities include overseeing delivery of various compliance projects, leading risk assessments and transformations, developing client relationships, spearheading go-to-market strategies, managing executive relationships, assessing compliance programs, collaborating on thought leadership, cross-selling services, business development, team development, and internal control evaluation.

What You Will Need
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 10+ years of Financial Crimes experience at financial institutions, crypto/digital assets exchanges, securities/capital markets, regulatory agencies, or consulting firms
  • Deep understanding of AML regulations, investigations, and enforcement actions
  • Expertise in OFAC, EDD, KYC, BSA, CDD, forensic accounting
  • Understanding of Digital Onboarding and perpetual KYC transformation
  • Familiarity with fraud and money laundering schemes
  • Knowledge of corporate governance and regulatory issues
  • Project management skills
  • Excellent communication and public speaking skills
  • Proven success in business development with demonstrated sales of $2M+ annually
  • Ability to travel up to 50%

Compensation

Annual salary range: $197,000 - $328,000, dependent on experience and qualifications.
