Job summary

Moderna is seeking a Director of Finance Transformation to shape the future of Finance at Moderna in Cambridge. Reporting to the Head of Corporate Finance and Treasury, you will lead the Record-to-Analyze transformation across FP&A, Accounting, Tax, and related areas, designing an integrated roadmap for planning, forecasting, reporting, and analytics.

You will drive data quality, AI-enabled automation, and scalable capabilities, while partnering with Digital and Finance to deliver measurable

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance-related field and 10+ years in finance transformation or related roles.
• Experience with SAP, Oracle EPM and other enterprise finance tech environments.
• Ability to lead cross-functional transformations and influence senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead an integrated transformation roadmap across the R2A value chain.
• Partner with functional leaders to simplify, standardize, automate, and redesign Finance processes.
• Translate priorities into executable transformation initiatives with clear objectives, milestones, risks, and success measures.
• Lead cross-functional Finance transformations from opportunity identification to benefits realization.
• Identify opportunities to improve Finance cycle times, data quality, controls, scalability, and decision support.
