Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, business, information systems, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in finance transformation, planning, reporting, or related roles.
• Experience with SAP, Oracle EPM, and enterprise finance tech environments.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional transformation initiatives end-to-end.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead an integrated transformation roadmap for the R2A value chain across FP&A, accounting, and tax.
• Partner with functional leaders to simplify, standardize, automate, and redesign processes.
• Translate strategy into executable initiatives with objectives, milestones, and benefits.
• Lead high-priority transformations from design through adoption and value realization.
• Shape finance data, analytics, and AI capabilities to enable decision support.
