Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred.
• MBA or advanced professional qualification strongly desired.
• 10+ years of consulting or industry experience focused on finance transformation, process improvement, M&A, and organizational change.
• Deep expertise in O2C, P2P, R2R, FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Experience in due diligence, synergy analysis, integration planning, and post-merger integration.
• Background in shared services design, outsourcing, and vendor selection.
• Proven ability to lead complex engagements and manage teams.

Senior Manager/Director of Finance & FP&A Transformation

We are seeking an experienced finance leader to drive transformation initiatives across key financial processes and operating models.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred
• MBA or advanced professional qualification strongly desired
• 10+ years of consulting or industry experience focused on finance transformation, process improvement, M&A, and organizational change
• Deep expertise in core financial processes, including Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Record to Report, FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting
• Experience in financial due diligence, synergy analysis, integration planning, and post-merger integration
• Background in shared services design, outsourcing, and vendor selection
• Proven ability to lead complex engagements and manage teams in fast-paced environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience handling large, complex datasets
• Advanced financial modeling and valuation capabilities
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Power BI and Adaptive is a plus
• Highly self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently under pressure
