EliseAI is hiring a Deployment Manager on the Future Platforms team to scale our accounting platform from deployment through full adoption. You’ll own the accounting layer across multiple clients, collaborating with Controllers and CFOs to scope workflows and configure systems for a clean transition into live operations.

You’ll help define playbooks, build scalable configurations, and drive post-launch success while operating in a fast‑moving, founder‑like environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in management consulting, corporate strategy, product management, or founder/operator roles at high-growth startups.
• Background in accounting or finance (e.g., Controller, Senior Accountant, accounting consultant).
• Experience leading complex, client-facing implementations.
• Strong understanding of accounting fundamentals (GL, reconciliations, close).
• Comfort with data, configurations, and systems; detail-oriented.
• Excellent communicator with senior finance stakeholders.
• Highly organized with multi-deployment timelines.
• Willingness to work in person 4-5 days a week.

Responsabilités

• Drive accounting portions of concurrent deployments from handoff to post-launch stabilization.
• Roll off accounts after they go live on the platform.
• Ensure accuracy and readiness of all accounting workflows.
