Job summary

Adobe Lehi seeks a Manager, Business Architecture & Systems Lifecycle to lead the business side of system and process build frameworks within the finance and accounting transformation portfolio. You will guide a two-person team, mentor, set direction, and ensure first- and second-level procedures are current and usable by transformation programs.

You will retire legacy systems deliberately to keep the landscape clean and aligned with future-state design.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; MBA, PMP, or process-excellence certs are a plus.
• 5+ years transforming finance/accounting or architecture programs.
• Proven talent in mentoring and developing individual contributors.
• Experience documenting workflows and translating them into usable artifacts.
• Knowledge of enterprise architecture, decommissioning, and retirement as a design choice.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a two-person team covering Architecture and System Retirement, balancing workloads across programs.
• Own the business lens on finance/process architecture for modernization programs and maintain up-to-date process workflows.
• Drive retirement decisions with dependencies and interfaces accounted for, keeping the landscape clean.
