Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, information systems, finance, or equivalent.
• 10+ years of experience architecting, implementing, and managing enterprise ERP platforms (Oracle, SAP, or equivalent).
• Experience leading ERP transformation initiatives and modernization programs.

Responsibilities

• Own the application strategy, roadmap, and execution for ERP capabilities across finance processes.
• Partner with Accounting, Finance, FinTech, and stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of ERP enhancements, issues, and transformation initiatives across configuration, integration, testing, deployment, and post-launch support.
• Drive governance, change management, and prioritization balancing speed, risk, and scalability.
• Ensure ERP solutions support controllership, compliance, auditability, and operational excellence globally.
• Identify process inefficiencies, simplify workflows, reduce manual effort, and improve user experience.
• Collaborate with technical teams on architecture, data flows, and extensibility to meet business needs.
• Support large-scale finance transformation programs including ERP modernization and migration from legacy tools.
• Lead stakeholder communications with senior leaders, owners, and partner teams with clear updates and decisions.
• Mentor teams and foster a culture of ownership, high standards, and customer obsession.
