Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Finance transformation professional to help CFOs modernize finance functions and drive value across the enterprise. You will collaborate with finance leaders, cross-functional teams, and clients to deliver vision, strategy, and outcomes that improve profitability and efficiency.

You will engage in digital finance transformations, identifying data, operating models, and enabling technologies such as FinTech apps, AI/ML/GenAI, and analytics to support client goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of finance management consulting experience.
• Minimum 3 years of functional experience in Finance operations (Financial Close, External Reporting, Intercompany, Consolidations, Order-to-Cash, or Invoice-to-Pay).
• Minimum 2 years of experience with finance ERP/EPM platforms (SAP, Oracle, Workday, Anaplan, OneStream).

Responsibilities

• Support clients in modernizing their finance functions by setting vision, goals, and outcomes.
• Assist project teams in managing risk and deliverables.
• Collaborate effectively with clients and cross-functional teams.
• Participate in clients' digital transformations to drive efficiency, effectiveness, and growth.
• Identify needed skillsets, data, operating models, process automation, analytics, and enabling technology.
• Share best practices across the industry.
• Stay on top of trends, technologies, and regulations influencing digital finance and CFO ecosystem.
