Andersen Corporation is seeking a Business Process Analyst to support change management and transformation within a structured GAAP framework. The role emphasizes process improvement, financial analysis, and medium-sized project leadership, with opportunities to influence multiple business units.

Ideal candidates bring 7–10 years of related experience, strong GAAP knowledge, and formal project management training, along with excellent communication and collaboration skills across stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of related experience and/or training; 4-7 years project experience, or equivalent.
• Understanding of GAAP with 5 years of analytical and project or change management experience.
• Experience in implementing financial application packages and process changes.
• Advanced presentation skills and the ability to express project concepts in non-technical terms.
• Works independently with facilitation and collaboration skills.
• Formal project management training; PMI/PMBOK or related qualifications.
• Excellent listening, verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated change and conflict management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead business process and system transformation initiatives (75% focus).
• Define and/or support business process improvement from ideation through implementation and stabilization.
• Research current state, gaps to future state, best practices and implement new processes while ensuring GAAP controls.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage stakeholders to align scope and delivery.
• Provide oversight to medium-sized teams (up to 5 people) and guide business leaders.
