The role involves collaborating with Finance leadership, business stakeholders, and external consultants to define requirements and ensure solutions align with how the organization operates. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or equivalent professional experience.
3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Finance Analyst, ERP Analyst, or similar role.
Strong understanding of finance and accounting processes.
Experience gathering requirements, documenting processes, and supporting business initiatives across multiple departments.
Experience with coordinating stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Identify opportunities to improve finance processes and implement improvements.
Gather and document business requirements for projects and enhancements.
Coordinate cross-functional work across Finance, Operations, IT, and external consultants.
Translate objectives into clear requirements and acceptance criteria.
Validate changes with users and support adoption.
