Unity is seeking a Finance Transformation Analyst to join our Finance Transformation & Systems team, partnering with the Finance organization to configure Workday Adaptive Planning and streamline monthly reporting and forecasting.

You will build trust with Finance decision makers, document configurations clearly, and apply AI-driven efficiencies to improve data flows and month-end close in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience configuring Workday Adaptive Planning and Workday Financials integrations.
• Translate finance requirements into configuration solutions, using AI to automate reconciliation.
• Strong documentation skills with configuration guides, business process flows and training materials.
• Ability to manage tickets and projects with a defined intake and prioritization process.
• Understanding of data flows between systems and impact on month-end close.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, configure, and improve Workday Adaptive Planning, including integrations with Workday Financials.
• Partner with Finance key decision makers to gather requirements and deliver configuration solutions using AI tools.
• Maintain clear system documentation — configuration guides, process flows, and training materials.
• Manage support tickets and project work through a defined intake and prioritization process.
• Solve data flow issues with finance partners and keep reporting reliable through month-end close.
