Unity is seeking a Finance Transformation Analyst to join the Finance Transformation & Systems team in New York. You will configure Workday Adaptive Planning models, partner with finance leaders to streamline data flows, and explore AI-driven efficiencies for monthly reporting and forecasting.

You will build trust with key finance decision makers, communicate complex solutions clearly, and contribute to ongoing improvements across financial systems in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in relational data modeling and data movement between systems.
• Ability to gather requirements from finance leaders and translate into configuration solutions.
• Experience documenting configuration guides and process flows.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve Workday Adaptive Planning configurations and integrations with Workday Financials.
• Collaborate with finance leaders to gather requirements and deliver AI-assisted configuration solutions.
• Create clear system documentation and training materials.
• Manage support tickets and projects through a defined intake process and communicate status.
• Resolve data flow issues to ensure reliable month-end reporting.
