Qualifications

• Hands-on Workday Financials configuration and support experience
• Strong ability to translate business requirements into Workday configurations
• Experience in gathering requirements, gap analysis, and creating functional designs
• Excellent communication with Finance and IT stakeholders
• Knowledge of GAAP, month-end close, AP/AR workflows and expense management

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary Workday Financials administrator for Finance
• Diagnose and resolve Workday Financials configuration issues across modules
• Gather, document, and translate business requirements into functional specs
• Deliver enhancements and new feature rollouts in Workday Financials
• Coordinate with Finance for testing, release cycles, and deployment
• Maintain accurate system documentation and training materials
• Collaborate with Enterprise Systems on cross-functional initiatives
• Support strategic priorities like automation and reporting improvements
• Bridge Finance and IT ensuring controls and minimal disruption
• Manage support tickets and project tasks with proactive communication
