Job summary

Unity is seeking a Finance Transformation Analyst to configure Workday Adaptive Planning and optimize monthly reporting and forecasting. You will partner with Finance leaders to deliver AI-powered reconciliation solutions and maintain clear documentation.

You will communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences while supporting data flow challenges and month-end close processes. This role offers growth across Unity's financial systems landscape.

Qualifications

Experience configuring Workday Adaptive Planning and its integrations.
Ability to translate finance requirements into system configurations.
Familiarity with GAAP and month-end close processes.

Responsibilities

Maintain and improve Workday Adaptive Planning configurations and integrations.
Collaborate with Finance leaders to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
Document configurations, processes, and training materials clearly.
Handle support tickets and project work with prioritization and proactive communication.
Troubleshoot data flows to ensure reliable month-end reporting.
