Job summary

S4L Partners is seeking a Finance associate to join the Finance & Transactions team in our Chicago, New York, Dallas, or Washington, DC office. You will work closely with shareholders and participate in business development and client-facing activities.

The ideal candidate has 2-6 years of commercial finance experience at a law firm, with experience drafting loan documents and managing loan transactions. A JD degree and admission in good standing in IL, NY, TX, or DC are required.
