Job summary

S4L Partners is seeking a Finance associate to join the Finance & Transactions team in our Washington, DC office (with opportunities in Chicago, New York, and Dallas). You will work closely with shareholders and participate in business development and client-facing activities, within a cohesive multidisciplinary practice.

Ideal candidates have 2–6 years of commercial finance experience at a law firm, with experience drafting loan documents and managing loan transactions. A J.D.

Qualifications

• 2–6 years of commercial finance experience at a law firm.
• Experience drafting loan documents and managing loan transactions.
• Experience managing multiple matters simultaneously.
• J.D. degree and strong academic credentials.
• Admitted in or eligible to be admitted in IL, NY, TX, or DC.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with shareholders and participate in business development and client-facing activities.
• Collaborate within a cohesive, multidisciplinary Finance team.
